Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of We Buy Mobile Corp ("We Buy Mobile," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or selling a device to us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the lawful owner of the device you wish to sell. By submitting a device, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to sell it, that it is not stolen or otherwise restricted from resale, and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Quotes and offers

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide about your device. Final offers are subject to in-person inspection at handoff. If the device's actual condition differs from what you described, we may revise the offer at that time. You may accept the revised offer or keep your device and walk away at no charge.

3. Local pickup & drop-off

We only accept devices in person, in the Jacksonville, Florida area, either by drop-off at our office by appointment or by scheduled local pickup. We do not accept mailed or shipped devices. You are responsible for removing any activation locks (e.g., Find My iPhone, Google FRP) and factory resetting the device before handoff.

4. Payment

Once your device is inspected in person and the offer confirmed, payment is issued the same day by the method you selected — cash, Zelle, or ACH direct deposit.

5. Locked or blacklisted devices

We do not purchase devices that are reported lost or stolen, have an unpaid balance to a carrier, or have an active activation lock we cannot verify has been removed. If such a device is presented at handoff, we will decline the purchase. In some cases, we may be required by law to report the device to law enforcement or the rightful owner.

6. Data on your device

You are responsible for backing up and wiping any personal data before handoff. After purchase we perform a factory reset. We are not responsible for any personal information left on the device.

7. Website use

You agree not to use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use. All content on the website is the property of We Buy Mobile or its licensors.

8. Disclaimer

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE BUY MOBILE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID (OR OWED) TO YOU FOR THE DEVICE AT ISSUE.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
