Happy with the quote? Reply to accept and choose one of two Jacksonville options: drop the phone off at our office by appointment, or schedule a free local pickup in the Jacksonville area. No shipping.

We inspect on the spot
We test the phone in front of you against the condition you described. If everything matches, your offer stands. If there's a real difference, we'll walk through it with you before anything changes hands.

Get paid same day
Choose cash on the spot, Zelle, or ACH. Payment goes out the same day we hand the phone off.
